Success with i-Lipo
Over the next 30 days we ask you to commit to the following guidelines which will optimize your success with i-Lipo:
- You must drink at least 64 oz. of water the day before, the day of, and the day following your sessions. Proper hydration jumpstarts the body’s natural fat elimination process thru the lymphatic system.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine consumption during the thirty-day program. Light meals at least 2 hours before or after treatment are recommended. Avoid fasting as this puts the body in starvation mode shutting down your fat cells ability to release their contents.
- Be committed to your after session cardio workout. Once i-Lipo releases your fat cells contents there is an 18-hour period in which the contents will be burned, excreted or reabsorbed by empty fat cells. Immediate post session cardio workouts are required to burn, as energy, released fat so it is not stored by active fat cells.
- Keeping the provided diet and exercise diary over the course of your treatments is the best method to track your progress and to ensure you get the best results.
You need to select one body area for each 8-treatment session. After a 2-week break you may schedule another 8 sessions for another area of your body.
